The Fitness for Events 12 week package is aimed at Cyclists who are looking to get faster, and improve some aspects of their cycling skillset, including climbing, descending and endurance, with a view to overall improvement and perhaps working towards a specific event. You may purchase another 12-week package at the end of the first one if you want to.
A power meter is optional, if you are new to training with power, this package may help you to get started.
