Turbo sessions are run on behalf of the KVG by Bee Gregorie Cycle Coaching.
This block takes us from week commencing 8th January until 12th March inclusive. This is a nine-week block with no session during half term.
Sessions are progressive and build fitness as the weeks pass by.
A great way to augment your winter training, and to work on your riding skills, and start to understand training with Heart Rate or power stats.
You will need a Garmin or Wahoo bike computer to take part. The Garmin needs to have the ability to take custom HR zones, as each rider will have their zones calculated for them individually.
NB – Bee only knows how to operate Garmins, and will take absolutely no responsibility for helping you to operate a Wahoo computer.
Sessions are non-refundable, but there is a possibility to swap sessions week by week or opt to ride at home one week, for those who opt to come to the sessions.
