This block runs from 3rd Nov until 14th (Seven Weeks)
The session will be sent to you remotely via Training Peaks for you to complete in your own time during the week. Your personalised power (if applicable) and HR zones will be calculated for you.
Sessions are progressive and build fitness as the weeks pass by.
A great way to augment your winter training, and to work on your riding skills, and start to understand training with Heart Rate or power stats.
- A turbo trainer (contact Bee to arrange to borrow a club turbo if you need one)
- Skewer or converter if you have thru-axel skewers.
- Garmin or wahoo device
- Front-wheel raise (you can borrow with club turbo)
- iPad/laptop/phone for zoom.
Heart Rate Monitor (pref Bluetooth and ANT compatible)
Power meter/smart trainer (optional)
Cadence sensor if you don’t have power readings
