Description
Casual drop-in turbo session £10 per session. Book on for any week between Tuesday 5th January and 8th March you fancy joining the group. This session will be done via RPE ( rate of perceived exertion) unless you choose to book in on week 1 (5th January 9 am) when testing will take place.
For all the sessions you will need
- A turbo trainer (contact Bee to arrange to borrow a club turbo if you need one)
- Skewer or converter if you have thru-axel skewers.
- Garmin or wahoo device
- Front-wheel raise ( can borrow with club turbo)
- iPad/laptop/phone for zoom.
